Common questions
Do I need an Apple Pencil? No. On iPad you can write in the squares with your finger, and on iPhone you write on a roomy pad. You can also tap a square and type.
My handwriting isn't being read right. Write one letter per square, a little larger than you'd think. In Cozy mode the app also leans toward letters that fit the words left on the list.
How do I erase? Scribble back and forth over a letter or a word. On iPhone you can also tap ⌫ on the writing pad.
I bought a volume but don't see it. Tap any locked book on the rack, then tap Restore Purchases. Purchases belong to your Apple Account.
My progress isn't on my other device. Progress syncs through iCloud. Make sure both devices are signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud turned on, then open the app on each one.
How do I manage or cancel Five & Dime Plus? On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions.
