This privacy policy covers Five & Dime Word Puzzles ("the app") for iPhone, iPad and Mac, published by G Wiz Computer Consulting, LLC. The app does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts, and no analytics, advertising or tracking.
What the app stores
- Puzzle progress and settings are saved on your device so the app remembers where you left off.
- iCloud sync. If you're signed in to iCloud, your progress is also saved in your own iCloud account (Apple's iCloud key-value storage) so it can follow you to your other devices. We cannot access this data.
- Handwriting, whether written with Apple Pencil or a finger, is read entirely on your device. It is never uploaded or stored on a server.
Purchases
Puzzle volumes and the Five & Dime Plus subscription are sold by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Apple lets the app confirm what you've bought so it can unlock that content. Apple's handling of your information is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
Contacting support
If you email [email protected] for help or to suggest a puzzle theme, we use what you send only to reply to you. Support email is handled through our help-desk provider.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this same address with a new "Last updated" date.
